• Online application through the website: https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in from 03.05.2023 to 03.06.2023 (till 23:59 hrs) are invited from the eligible candidates for engagement as Trade Apprentices under Apprentices Act 1961 in Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway against the following designated trades:-
• Applications must be submitted online only on the web address https://apprenticeshipindia.org (b) If a candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC community, he should upload recent caste certificate issued by competent authority on the above web portal.
• Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate.
• No Travelling Allowance/Daily Allowance shall be paid to the candidates.
• The candidates will have to upload soft /scanned copy of present passport size color photograph and scanned signature along with necessary documents pertaining to educational/technical qualification on the website.
• Candidature of the candidate shall be cancelled if he/she fails to produce the required original testimonials for verification or any discrepancy noticed.
• If it is noticed by the railway administration that the applicant has furnished wrong/fake/false certificates, the railway administration reserves the right to discharge the candidate/selected candidate at any stage without notice even after his selection to undergo training.
• The Railway administration does not undertake any responsibility for sending reply to the candidate either selected or otherwise. No correspondence in respect of the applications submitted shall be entertained or replied by this office to any individual or organization.
• Persons With Disability (PWD) who want to avail the benefit for reservation must produce a disability certificate issued by a competent authority with not less than 40% of disability i.e. Medical Board duly constituted by the Central or State Government.
• The decision of the Railway administration in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications and mode of selection shall be final.
• If the option of EWS / Ex-Serviceman is not available on the portal, then apply on the portal from your actual category (Eg.- UR, OBC, SC, ST) and send/ submit the EWS/Ex-Serviceman certificate physically to this office.

अभ्यर्थी के लिए सामान्य निर्देश:-(Railway SECR)

• आवेदन केवल निम्नलिखित वेब के माध्यम से ही करें, वैबसाइट का पता – https://apprenticeshipindia.org
• यदि अभ्यर्थी अजा/अजजा / अपिव समुदाय से हो तो सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी हाल ही का जाति प्रमाण पत्र को वेब पोर्टल पर अपलोड करें।
• किसी भी प्रकार के पैरवी या दबाव डालने पर अभ्यर्थी को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।
• आवेदक को प्रशिक्षु के रूप मे ज्वाइनिंग के पहले आने जाने पर किसी भी प्रकार का टीए / डीए नहीं दिया जाएगा। (इ) यदि अभ्यर्थी सत्यापन के लिए अपेक्षित मूल प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करने में अक्षम हो एवं किसी प्रकार के विसंगति देखी जाती है तो उनकी उम्मीदवारी निरस्त कर दी जाएगी।
• यदि रेल प्रशासन को ऐसी जानकारी प्राप्त होती है कि अभ्यर्थी/चयनित अभ्यर्थी ने गलत / जाली / झूठा प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत किया है तो रेल प्रशासन किसी भी चरण में, चयन होने के बाद जारी प्रशिक्षण के दौरान भी बिना किसी सूचना के बर्खास्त करने का अधिकार रखता है।
• रेल प्रशासन अभ्यर्थी का चयन न होने या बुलाबा न मिलने पर जवाब भेजने के लिए किसी प्रकार का उत्तदायित्व नहीं लेता है। इस कार्यालय मे जमा किए गए आवेदन के संबंध मे किसी भी व्यक्ति या संगठन से पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
• जो दिव्यांग का लाभ लेना चाहते है वे सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र प्रस्तुत करें (अर्थात केंद्र अथवा राज्य सरकार द्वारा विधिवत गठित मेडिकल बोर्ड द्वारा जारी)
• अभ्यर्थी के आवेदन की स्वीकृति अस्वीकृति पात्रता संबंधित निर्णय एवं चयन के प्रकार हेतु रेल प्रशासन का निर्णय अंतिम माना जाएगा।
• यदि पोर्टल पर ईडब्ल्यूएस / भूतपूर्व सैनिक का विकल्प उपलब्ध नहीं है तो अपने वास्तविक वर्ग (जैसे- UR, OBC, SC, ST) से पोर्टल पर आवेदन करें एवं ईडब्ल्यूएस / भूतपूर्व सैनिक प्रमाण पत्र को भौतिक (physical) रूप से इस कार्यालय मे भेजे / जमा करें।
